Questions hosts ask before saying yes.

Is Hostlab a chatbot?

No. A chatbot waits for questions and writes its own answers. Hostlab shows your guest the right thing at the right moment of their stay, and every word comes from you.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code in your home or tap a link. It opens in their browser. No app, no account.

How do Airbnb guests open it?

With the QR code in your home. Airbnb doesn't allow outside links in its messages, so we never ask you to send them there. Booking.com, Vrbo and direct guests can also get the link.

How long does set-up take?

Add your guidebook, website or Airbnb link and we fill in most of it for you. Then you check it and add what's missing, like your welcome and your favourite places.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan has a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed to start.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no contract. Cancel whenever you like from your account settings.
